SOUP RECIPES: Quail Egg Soup
Ingredients:
15 quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled.
1 whole red onion, thinly sliced.
1 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 stick green onion, sliced oblique
1 stick celery, finely sliced
50 g Bombay onions, sliced thinly lengthwise.
