STEW RECIPES: Cow Tongue Stews

Stews with the dominance of sweet taste to be a balancing menu when your tongue chew a lot of spicy foods. Varian of beef tongue stew ready flirting back of your tongue.


Ingredients


500 g beef tongue
4 tablespoons cooking oilfor sauteing
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 pcs tomatoes
5 pcs chili sauce
2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions: 
1. Boiled tongue with enough water until tenderthin slices.2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrantRemove and drain.3. Heat margarineand enter the beef tongueCook until half cooked. Pour the boiling water, then add salt and pepper. Putthe soy sauce, add the tomatoescayenne pepperand celery.Cook until flavors mingle and matureRemove from heat.
