Ingredients:
500 g beef tongue
4 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 pcs tomatoes
5 pcs chili sauce
2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions: 1. Boiled tongue with enough water until tender, thin slices.2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Remove and drain.3. Heat margarine, and enter the beef tongue. Cook until half cooked. Pour the boiling water, then add salt and pepper. Putthe soy sauce, add the tomatoes, cayenne pepper, and celery.Cook until flavors mingle and mature. Remove from heat.
