CAKE RECIPES: Spring Roll Banana

Ingredients:

10 sheets spring roll skins ready to use
5 pieces of jackfruit banana or barang banana, peeled, halved, cut
5 tablespoons meisjes / brown rice
cooking oil


Sauce:

200 g brown sugar, fine comb
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
50 ml of water


Direction:

1. Fill each sheet of spring roll skin with ½ banana slices halved.

2. Give a little meisjes then roll neatly.

3. Glue the edges with a solution of flour until closed.

4. Fry in hot oil and a lot, until golden brown. Drain.

Sauce:

Cook brown sugar, granulated sugar and water until boiling and thickened. Remove from heat. 


Put spring roll surface with a solution of brown sugar. If you like, can be replaced with melted chocolate or caramel.

Serve warm.
